(GSH300) Spring Clip, 2-inch

Spring Clips are recommended for most HydraSleeve applications.  They are used as hangers to attach the HydraSleeve to the tether.  Also used to attach the hollow stainless steel top weights to the top of the 2" HydraSleeve and SuperSleeve varieties.  An optional use would be to attach the top weights to the bottom of the HydraSleeve if needed.

Using the spring clip as a hanger will hold the top of the 2" HydraSleeve open for quicker fill time with the tether tied directly to the spring clip.

Reusable. Standard material = stainless steel. ~2" wide at the bottom x ~3" tall.

When used with the HS-2-1L (2-inch, 1-liter) HydraSleeve they will be altered to 2-1/2" wide.

The altered 2-inch spring clips will automatically be sent if you are ordering HS-2-1L along with your purchase.  If it's not evident from your order which size you need, please tell us in the notes on your order.   If not noted they will be shipped unaltered.  You can alter them in the field by gently pulling the legs of the spring clip outward until the spring is stretched to approximately 2.5 inches wide.

PLEASE NOTE:  SPRING CLIPS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WIRE-WRAP WELLS, OR IF THERE ARE OBSTRUCTIONS OR ROUGH EDGES IN THE WELL.  ALSO, DON'T USE SPRING CLIPS IN CASES WHERE THE HYDRASLEEVE IS A TIGHT FIT IN THE WELL.  PLEASE FOLLOW THE ALTERNATIVE ATTACHMENT INSTRUCTIONS SEEN BELOW.
